This is a continuation of the video from last week with the same
title – What Do You Give Yourself Credit For?

And I hope you did the exercise that I suggested that you do
which was to write down on paper all the little things that you’re
not noticing that you can give yourself credit for.

Doing that exercise helps me to catch myself when I’m thinking
negative thoughts first thing in the morning because one negative
thought can lead to more negative thoughts.

It will help you to catch yourself too when you’re thinking negative
thoughts.

Our thoughts lead to everything we do in our lives.
