175-Not Looking At The Wins & Just Looking At What's Wrong?

Are you only looking at what’s wrong and not the wins?

Are you even aware that you could be doing that?

Reflect on your life and what you do on a regular basis.

If you take the time to look at your wins, you’ll come to find out that you’ve had more
wins than you’ve had wrong.

You have to write it all down, reflect on all the good that you’ve done in your life. If you’ve
done wrong or made bad choices, you’ll be able to see that you have had more wins.

You will find what you’re looking for and I talked about this in episode #100.  If you look
for the bad, you’ll find it.  If you look for the good, you’ll find it.

Get a fancy notebook and write it all out, reflect on your life.  If you’d like, you can make
2 columns with one column you can list all your wins, and the other column you can write
down all the things that you think you’ve done wrong.

If you’re not sure about your wins, then ask someone like a best friend.

When you take the time to focus on your wins, it becomes easier to feel confident about yourself
and to know that you can overcome all the things you struggle with, even if it takes time.

Remember you have worth and value.
