Investing in yourself is the kind of investment portfolio I’m sharing in this episode.

That’s one of the best things that you can do for yourself, and, it’s not selfish.  

Think about what happens when you fly on an airplane – the first thing the flight attendants
instruct everyone is for the adult to put on their oxygen mask first, and then, take care of your
family/children.

This is the same thing that you need to do for yourself!  

Put your health first so that you can take care of your loved ones.  That’s the best investment
you could ever make.

Everyone needs to have an ‘investment portfolio’ and in it, one of the first things you’re going to
put in it is your health/exercise and the second you’re going to put is logging your finances: money
coming in and money going out.
