What Do You Need To Be Successful In Your Life...-pt.3

I want to start of with a short recap of Part 1 and Part 2 of this article series.
In Part 1, I mentioned a little about women love pain, that they’re not taught
at a young age how to be successful.  In Part 2 I talked about lasting success
comes from the things that you value the most.  Asking yourself simple “how”
and “what” questions on a daily basis is the key to unlocking your success.

The reason that I say that asking yourself these questions is because we all
have success inside of us, we know what is going to make us happy, what’s
in our heart, what kind of things we want, what we don’t want, what we need
to change to make it happen, and, possibly who we need to ask for help to
attain the success that we want.

It can seem overwhelming and scary. You can only take one step at a time in
order to make things happen.  If there’s only one thing that you take away
from reading these articles is that – you are only one person!  You can only
do one thing at a time, it’s not possible to be in two places at the same time
and be helping everyone else but yourself.

By making a habit of asking yourself important “how” and “what” questions,
you will be able to move forward one step at a time in the direction that you
want to go.  Now when it comes to your finances, it can also be overwhelming
and scary if you haven’t been able to understand it all and how to have success
with it.  I know what that feels like, I’ve been there once upon a time and I’ve
probably experienced every single emotion there is when it came to money and
my finances.  Sometimes, there were even tears.

I used to wish at times that money would just appear like magic in my bank
account and that I could just spend it on anything that I wanted, when I
wanted-no dollar limit!  Well, I’ve learned a thing or two since then.  It really
helped when I worked in the bank for a few years, that was in my early 20’s.

Having success with your finances is one of those things that takes
implementation and consistency.  You first need to learn what it is that you
in particular needs to be successful with your finances, then you need to
implement what you learned and then try your best to be consistent with
what you learned and implemented on a daily and weekly basis.

The first step to success with your finances is the learning part.

Again, it starts off with asking “how” and “what” questions.  For example,
you could ask yourself a question like – “what do I need to do to be
successful with my finances?”and “how am I going to get there?”  You
can also go a step further and ask a “who” question like – “who do I know
that can get me the information I need?” or “who do I know that can refer
me to someone that can help me with my finances?”

There’s power in asking questions.  The example above is just an example,
those may not be the perfect questions for you to ask yourself, but rather an
idea of the kinds of questions to ask.

Once you’ve found someone to teach you what you need to know, then it’s on
to the next step.

The second step to success with your finances is the implementation part.

If you have someone that has taught you well and taught you what you needed
to learn, then implementing what you learned should be a lot easier then if you
were trying to figure it all out on your own.

The key here is to implement!  Just learning but not implementing is not going
to help you or anyone else that is affected by your finances.  Sometimes it does
take another person to help with the implementation process as well, if that is
true for you then make sure to ask for help.  Remember, you are only one person!

So ask for help if you need it.

The third step to success with your finances is to be consistent.

With life being so crazy busy and life just going so quickly, it is really, really easy
to not be consistent with your finances.  But I can tell you for sure that everything
you’ve learned and implemented will be worth it when you can figure out how to
always be consistent with dealing with your finances.

One suggestion would be to schedule it in your smart phone calendar if you use
a smart phone.  What ever app you use, it doesn’t matter.  I suggest scheduling
in at least 5 to 10 minutes a day – what ever time of the day that works best for
you and take a look at any online banking accounts that you have.  Making sure
that any transactions made are correct and so on.  Keep track of any bills that need
to be paid and by when, how much money you have coming in every day or every
week.

Those are the basic things that you need to be doing every day in order to be
consistent so that it becomes an easy habit to have.

I know for sure that all of these things that I wrote here has been tested, tried
and proven to work and work very well for myself and other people.  So, I want
to encourage you to go forward with your head held up high knowing that you
have success already in you.
